Job summary

GM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Working Supervisor to join a busy construction project in the United Kingdom. You will lead a team of scaffolders on site, organise daily works and ensure scaffolding is erected, altered and dismantled safely.

The role requires strong leadership, good communication and a solid knowledge of scaffolding safety and site procedures. You will work closely with the Site Manager and wider construction team, maintaining high health and safety

Qualifications

• Experience leading a scaffold crew on site.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety and procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of scaffolders on site
• Organising daily works and allocating tasks
• Ensuring scaffolding is erected, altered and dismantled safely
• Working closely with the Site Manager and wider construction team
• Monitoring quality, productivity and site standards
• Carrying out scaffold checks and ensuring works meet site requirements
• Leading by example and maintaining a strong focus on health & safety
• Assisting with scaffolding works when required
