Job summary

GlobalSource IT seeks an experienced SAP Program Director to lead a large, global SAP S/4HANA transformation program across business and technology workstreams. The role coordinates internal teams, a System Integrator, and multiple third-party vendors to keep the program on track and deliver outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 12–15+ years in program management, strong leadership, and executive communication skills, with PMP preferred and a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of relevant program/project management experience.
• Experience leading large, complex ERP and business transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and operations/supply chain transformation.
• PMP certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large, global SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Manage cross-functional teams across business, technology, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain.
• Develop and maintain the integrated program plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Drive execution across multiple workstreams and phases.
• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and steering committees.
• Establish program governance, metrics, processes, and controls.
• Support business transformation and change management.
• Lead and mentor project managers, business leads, process owners, and PMO resources.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Serve as primary client representative with SI and vendors.
• Manage vendor contracts, SOWs, deliverables, timelines, and performance.
• Hold vendors and consultants accountable for quality and delivery.
• Review deliverables and ensure client value.
