Job summary

Cadent is seeking a Payroll System Specialist to design, configure and optimise SAP HR and Payroll solutions across HR and payroll operations.

You will translate business requirements into functional solutions, work with HR, payroll, IT and external partners, and drive continuous improvement across the SAP landscape.

As aPayroll System Specialist at Cadent,you'llplay a key role in designing,configuringand enhancing our SAP HR and Payroll solutions. Working at the intersection of technology and business operations,you'llhelp ensure our HR and payroll systems are scalable,efficientand aligned with both current business needs and future strategicobjectives.

This is a specialist role for an experienced SAP professional who can translate complex business requirements into effective functional solutions. You'll work closely with HR teams, payroll specialists, IT colleagues and external partners to deliver improvements, support transformation initiatives and ensure our SAP landscape continues to evolve in line with best practice.

From solution design and configuration through to testing, deployment and continuous improvement, you'll play an essential role in delivering reliable, user-focused HR and Payroll technology across the organisation.
