Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP HR - Payroll Consultant to design, build and support SAP HCM and Payroll solutions for a flagship client. You will join a larger SAP practice, delivering high-quality solutions within a multi-supplier environment.

You will focus on enhancing and supporting existing SAP HCM/Payroll, including Payroll, with responsibilities spanning design, configuration, documentation and client liaison. The role involves hybrid working with some in-office days in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building and supporting SAP HCM and Payroll solutions.
• Experience delivering SAP HCM/Payroll in live environments.
• Ability to work across multi-supplier environments and provide estimates for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of the HCM and Payroll team on the account.
• Configure SAP Payroll and HCM according to best practices.
• Prepare documentation artefacts (Solution Documents, Functional Specs, WRICEFs).
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and client teams to resolve issues.
