Qualifications

• 5-6+ years' experience in SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• 3-4+ years acting as a Lead Consultant on project implementations.
• Strong understanding of payroll business processes and system configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll workstreams on SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors ECP implementations.
• Design, configure and troubleshoot payroll solutions.
• Advise clients on payroll best practice and business process design.
