Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an SAP Solution Architect in the UK to shape and deliver enterprise SAP solutions across government programmes. You will lead end-to-end architectures for S/4HANA, ECC and related platforms, balancing functional fit, security and long-term sustainability.

You will work in a hybrid model across Capgemini offices, client sites and home, with pre-employment checks and SC clearance required. Strong leadership, stakeholder management and delivery excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise SAP solutions at scale.
• Ability to lead delivery in complex, regulated environments (Public Sector).
• Experience with S/4HANA, ECC and related SAP platforms and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP solution architectures across S/4HANA, ECC and related platforms.
• Shape solutions, provide architectural leadership and governance throughout delivery.
• Advise on SAP best practices, deployment options and target architectures.
• Collaborate with delivery managers, functional leads and technical teams to deliver live services.
• Engage with SAP and partners to align with roadmaps and customer strategy.
