Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Engagement Director in the UK to lead high-value, SAP-enabled transformation programmes for public sector clients. You will drive strategic delivery, shape platform direction, and manage multi-stakeholder relationships at the highest levels across government and related agencies.

You will oversee bids, renewals, and service expansions while ensuring financial performance and risk management in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience delivering large scale enterprise or ERP enabled transformation programmes.
• Accountability for complex programme P&L, commercial performance and delivery outcomes.
• Experience leading engagements in public sector or highly regulated environments.
• Desirable SAP-enabled transformation experience and SAP platform knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex, enterprise-scale transformation programmes involving SAP and related platforms.
• Shape Capgemini’s public sector propositions and drive strategic growth and bids.
• Manage senior stakeholders and act as a trusted transformation advisor.
• Oversee multi-supplier delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.
