SAP is seeking a Programme Manager (Client Facing) to lead large, multi-workstream programmes within the SAP Delivery organisation. The role requires 7–10 years of programme leadership, governance, and risk management in client-facing settings, with SAFe, Agile, PRINCE2, and SAP Activate expertise.

SC clearance is mandatory and interaction with C-suite is expected. You will own end-to-end delivery, drive adoption from day one, and contribute to bids and deal shaping for strategic opportunities.

Formación

• 7–10 years leading large, complex programmes across fixed-price and time-and-material engagements at scale.
• Expert knowledge of Programme/Project Management in a Client Facing environment, governance, benefits realisation, risk, and change management.
• SC clearance is mandatory.
• Ability to influence at board and C-suite level and communicate with delivery teams and executives.
• Active use of AI tools in planning, risk identification and stakeholder reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of high-value, multi-workstream programmes.
• Translate client goals into delivery strategies with KPIs and benefits plans.
• Lead programme governance and manage risk, contracts, and scope change with commercial discipline.
• Protect stakeholder/client satisfaction from project teams to the C-suite.
• Embed adoption planning from day one and monitor consumption throughout.
