Job summary

A leading organisation in the energy sector seeks an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to drive service governance, operational readiness and continuous improvement in a SAP environment. You will oversee service transition activities, collaborate with business and technical teams, and manage external partners to ensure high-quality BAU delivery.

A leading organisation within the energy sector is seeking an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to play a key role in ensuring SAP solutions are successfully transitioned into business-as-usual operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a service-focused SAP professional to lead service governance, operational readiness, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across a business-critical SAP environment.

The Role

As SAP Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the support framework for SAP services, ensuring high levels of performance, stability and user satisfaction. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party providers, you will lead service transition activities and drive best practice across service management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of SAP solutions into operational support and business-as-usual service delivery.
• Establish and govern support processes covering incidents, problems, service requests and escalations.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and external support partners.
• Oversee hypercare and service stabilisation activities following project delivery.
• Drive continual service improvement through performance monitoring and effective governance.
• Promote service quality, compliance and operational resilience within a complex operational environment.

About You

We're looking for a proven SAP service leader with a strong background in operational support, governance and stakeholder management. You will be comfortable working across business and technology functions and have a track record of delivering high-quality service outcomes.

Key experience includes:

• SAP Service Delivery, Service Transition or ERP Support leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and operational governance.
• Experience managing third-party service providers and support partners.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting business-critical systems in complex environments.
• A collaborative and accountable leadership style.
