Job summary

Lorien is seeking an experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant for an initial 6-month engagement in Reading, UK with hybrid working and occasional travel. Active SC clearance is mandatory.

The role covers end-to-end SAP PS capabilities across a S/4HANA greenfield transformation programme. Key responsibilities include design, build, test, deployment, and cross-functional integration with Finance, Procurement, SD, and HR systems, plus stakeholder workshops and governance across the programme

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP PS experience.
• Delivery across SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations.
• Experience with multi-vendor / international delivery.
• Strong stakeholder workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy SAP PS solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
• Configure and deliver SAP PS functionality to meet business needs.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to define project processes.
• Integrate SAP PS with Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Scheduling tools.
• Prepare high-quality functional specs and project docs.
• Develop and run test scenarios; support UAT.
• Deliver training and drive business readiness.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and partners.
• Ensure delivery quality and governance across the programme lifecycle.

Rate: Up to £730/day Umbrella

• We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant to join a major SAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformation programme supporting a large-scale multinational programme.
• This engagement focuses on establishing core business capabilities and scalable operational processes to support programme growth and future business requirement
• s.This is an opportunity to work within a complex transformation environment delivering end-to-end SAP capabilities across Finance, Project Systems, Procurement, Sales & Distribution, and HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, build, test, and deployment of SAP Project Systems solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Configure and deliver SAP PS functionality aligned to business and programme requirements.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to define and optimise project processes.
• Drive integration between Project Systems and Finance, Procurement, Sales & Distribution, and Scheduling tools.
• Produce and maintain high-quality functional specifications and project documentation.
• Develop and execute test scenarios and support UAT activities.
• Deliver stakeholder training and support business readiness activities.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams and external implementation partners.
• Ensure delivery quality and support governance across the programme lifecle.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Requirement
