Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or in a similar senior Salesforce technical role.
• Track record of designing and implementing Salesforce solutions from end to end.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration and platform capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
• You’ll be able to work independently, take ownership and make sound technical decisions.
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and contributing to technical delivery.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• An agile mindset, with the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and deliver value quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce solution architecture and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Lead solutions from discovery and design through to implementation and delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, business users and stakeholders to prioritise improvements.
• Get hands-on with Salesforce configuration, problem-solving and development where appropriate.
• Develop scalable, reusable solutions across products and functions.
• Support platform improvements, integrations, sales processes and case management.
• Deliver changes incrementally with focus on tangible business value and continuous improvement.
• Balance competing priorities while maintaining a maintainable architectural approach.
