Linklaters in London is seeking a seasoned technology professional to own Salesforce solution designs, from discovery through implementation and transition to service, in alignment with the Client Systems roadmap.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria, assess options, and guide standard platform use to control complexity and debt.

Qualifications

• A key technical authority with deep Salesforce knowledge framed in business operations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce clouds implemented by Linklaters, expert Flow tools, and Apex.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and Agile project management.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise demanding workloads and remain calm under pressure.
• Experience in product teams and Agile delivery is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Own Salesforce solution designs from discovery through implementation and transition to service.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Assess options and justify standard platform capabilities vs customization to control complexity.
• Produce solution designs, data models, and technical specifications for delivery teams.
• Communicate impacts of decisions on current and future operations, avoiding technical debt.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and drive implementation with stakeholders.
• Align business strategy and technology roadmap with market trends to drive value.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor, delivering strategic technology guidance to all stakeholder levels.
