Job summary

Morson Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA professional to drive quality across the full software delivery lifecycle within a Financial Services context, supporting Salesforce features with UK and international teams.

You will build and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber) and run tests across Salesforce and nCINO, integrating with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TeamCity and Bitbucket, ensuring testability from the outset.

Qualifications

• Experience across manual and automated testing in a financial services environment.
• Strong automation background with scalable test frameworks.
• Hands-on Salesforce and nCINO testing experience.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Drive multi-level testing across system, integration, regression and acceptance testing.
• Develop test plans, scripts and estimates; manage risks and defects.
• Create traceability and QA artefacts using JIRA and Confluence.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs and engineers to ensure testability.
