Job summary

Morson Group is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the final phases of a large Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation for a leading UK retail organisation. The role is remote with a six-month contract, driving delivery across multiple brands and workstreams to achieve go-lives.

You will oversee plans, risks and governance, coordinate global delivery teams, and challenge delivery partners to ensure timely decisions and quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive Programme Management experience in complex enterprise technology or transformation environments.
• Proven delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations through critical go-live phases.
• Experience managing Global Systems Integrators and coordinating onshore/offshore delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, risk and dependency management skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive programme execution across multiple workstreams to achieve milestones and go-lives.
• Oversee delivery plans, risks, dependencies and governance to keep the programme on track.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners, including onshore and offshore resources.
• Provide clear updates to sponsors and executives and facilitate decision-making across the programme.
