Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior CRM Engineer to lead the Salesforce platform strategy and governance across Client Services, Onboarding, Sales, Marketing and Operations.

You will act as the technical lead for architecture, security and platform optimization, drive AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and CRM modernization while ensuring robust operations and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience administering Salesforce environments in large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, security, data management and governance.
• Proven track record leading complex CRM initiatives and platform enhancements.
• Expertise in Salesforce Flow, automation, reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce platform strategy, administration and governance.
• Provide technical leadership for architecture, security, and platform optimization.
• Establish and enforce platform standards and governance frameworks.
• Oversee release management, CI/CD, testing, and environment readiness.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Drive automation, AI adoption, and CRM modernization initiatives.
• Mentor team members and guide solution design and platform capabilities.
