Job summary

Cint is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the day-to-day stewardship and evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem. This hands-on leadership role will guide a team, own critical platform controls, and oversee design, configuration, release and support of business-critical solutions.

The role focuses on reliability, security, scalability and maintainability across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and integrations with Slack and other enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in large, multi-team environments.
• Proven people leadership, including line management, coaching, performance support, work prioritisation.
• Deep practical knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including security, automation and data management.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification (preferred) and related credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Salesforce team with clear priorities, standards and expectations.
• Own the health and evolution of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, ensuring platform supports processes.
• Configure and maintain Experience Cloud portals, including external sharing rules and guest access.
• Oversee Salesforce integrations, including Slack and other core enterprise apps.
• Establish monitoring and alerting standards for integrations and data flows.
• Lead release management, sandbox strategy and change governance to ensure reliability.
