Job summary

Vanquis Bank is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to own the design, development and governance of Salesforce and MuleSoft platform integrations across the enterprise, delivering secure, scalable and maintainable solutions.

You will mentor engineers, review designs and governance, drive API-led integration, and collaborate with Architecture, Product, Analysis, Testing and Operations to enable reliable customer and colleague experiences.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Salesforce and MuleSoft engineering experience.
• Experience designing, developing and supporting APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of API patterns, security, testing, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and governance of Salesforce and MuleSoft integrations.
• Mentor engineers, review designs and ensure engineering governance.
