Job summary

Vanquis is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead quality assurance across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and enterprise data initiatives. You will shape quality engineering standards, drive automation-first testing and provide objective assurance that solutions are secure, resilient and fit for purpose.

You'll mentor Test Engineers, partner with product owners and engineers, and embed quality throughout Agile delivery while delivering evidence-based release recommendations and residual-risk

Qualifications

• Hands-on quality engineering experience assuring complex, integrated enterprise solutions.
• Proven leadership of risk-based test strategy, planning and reporting.
• Advanced experience with test automation and CI/CD quality gates.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk-based quality assurance across Salesforce, MuleSoft and data initiatives.
• Drive automation-first testing to strengthen regression coverage and delivery confidence.
• Embed quality throughout Agile delivery with product, architecture, engineering and analytics.
• Provide evidence-based release readiness recommendations and residual risk assessments.
• Mentor Test Engineers and promote reusable standards and continuous improvement.
• Ensure solutions are functional, secure, resilient and fit for purpose.
