Job summary

Wise, a global technology company based in London, is seeking an experienced Salesforce & GTM Systems Specialist to drive the go‑to‑market engine for Wise Business. You will lead the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions, complex flows and integrations, collaborating with Sales, RevOps, Marketing and Analytics.

You will own cross‑functional initiatives in a high growth environment, optimise lead intake, routing and qualification, and partner with diverse teams to scale and accelerate

Qualifications

• 5+ years working across GTM Systems in a high growth and high velocity deal environment.
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience - expertise beyond administration.
• Hands-on experience with data modelling and building complex flows in Flow Builder.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with internal and third‑party systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the Wise Business area within the GTM Systems team, scaling and enabling tooling and processes.
• Design, build and maintain Salesforce solutions, including complex flows, objects and integrations.
• Shape and iterate a world-class sales process for Lead Intake, Scoring, Routing and Qualification in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Sales Enablement, Marketing and Analytics to identify pain points and prioritise impactful initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives from scoping to deployment and rollout.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using Salesforce features and GTM Systems or new vendors.
