Job summary

ThirdEye Consulting seeks an experienced Salesforce Architect to own the Salesforce architecture on large, complex programmes, including data and security models, build standards, and long-term maintenance. You will lead architecture across enterprise tech stacks, define integration patterns, and collaborate with stakeholders to shape scalable solutions.

You will drive DevOps practices, oversee junior engineers, and advocate best practices, while leveraging AI tools to speed up solutioning

Qualifications

• Acted as the primary technical architect on multiple large-scale, complex Salesforce implementations across the full project lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of core Salesforce platform including security, sharing, and features like Lightning App Builder, Flow, Apex, and LWCs.
• Designed for internal and external users, including partners and customers on Experience Cloud.
• Experience with third-party packages such as document generation, e-signature, CTI, and industry-specific products.
• Familiarity with Agentforce and designing agentic experiences.
• Articulated boundary decisions on what Salesforce should own vs. what sits elsewhere and how it ties together.
• Produced and maintained architecture artefacts: HLDs, LLDs, ERDs, System Landscape, security architecture.
• Holds Certified System Architect and on path to Certified Application Architect; CTA path support is available.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical solution on large-scale, complex, multi-cloud programmes from discovery through build to go-live and sustainment.
• Decide what Salesforce should own and what it shouldn’t, and defend both sides to other technology owners.
• Design identity and integration models connecting Salesforce to the rest of the client stack.
• Set and uphold technical standards, patterns, and quality gates.
• Define high-level solution architecture and delegate detailed work to the build team.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and ensure their deliverables align with the design.
• Own DevOps practices: source control, CI, and reliable release processes.
• Contribute to architecture office hours and solution reviews across projects.
• Lead internal community sessions, demos, and best-practice discussions.
• Contribute to pursuits: scope solutions for prospects and build rapid prototypes.
• Use AI tools to speed up solutioning while maintaining quality.
