Job summary

Recognise Bank is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, implement, and optimise enterprise Salesforce and nCino solutions. You will lead integrations, automate processes, and enforce governance across platforms.

You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and operations to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while maintaining security and compliance across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification is essential.
• Proven experience building and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with internal/external systems.
• Hands-on Apex classes, Triggers, Test classes, and Flows.
• Familiarity with source control and modern dev tools (Git, VSCode).
• Experience in structured software development and change management processes.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Experience troubleshooting complex platform and integration issues.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions meeting business requirements.
• Lead development, enhancement, and support of Salesforce functionality (Apex, Flows, Triggers).
• Deliver robust integrations between Salesforce, nCino, and external systems.
• Establish and embed development standards, testing approaches, and release management.
• Develop automated tests and deployment processes for quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BA, Architects, and ops to translate needs into solutions.
• Review and optimise Salesforce configurations to improve automation and performance.
• Monitor platform health and drive root-cause resolution of incidents.
