Job summary

Recognise Bank is hiring a Salesforce Engineer to develop, enhance, and support our Salesforce and nCino platforms. You will partner with stakeholders to implement scalable, secure solutions that enable lending, customer servicing, and business growth.

You will lead development using declarative and programmatic approaches, deliver robust integrations, and establish coding and release standards. Hybrid work and strong growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a technology-related discipline.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Experience designing Salesforce integrations with internal/external systems.
• Apex, triggers, test classes, and Flows development experience.
• Experience with structured software development and change management.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Troubleshooting complex platform and integration issues.
• Solid Salesforce Sales Cloud knowledge and governance practices.
• Apex development with async processing and testing.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and data synchronization.
• Familiar with Git and VSCode; secure development practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions meeting requirements.
• Lead development and support of Salesforce functionality using declarative/programmatic approaches.
• Deliver robust integrations between Salesforce, nCino, and other systems.
• Establish and embed development standards, coding, testing and release processes.
• Develop automated tests and deployment processes ensuring quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, Architects, and operations teams.
• Review and optimise Salesforce configurations for performance and debt reduction.
• Monitor platform health and drive root-cause analysis of incidents.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with regulatory and security requirements.
• Mentor colleagues and promote best practices.
