Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across the ecosystem. You will work with product managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver platform enhancements and ensure health and performance.

Hybrid working model involves a blend of Capgemini offices, client sites, and home-based work, with some on-site days required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient with Apex, Lightning Components, Flows and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Apex trigger frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with code deployment, release management, and CI/CD.
• Understanding of web services, APIs and Salesforce integrations.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic tools.
• Build custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and related Salesforce technologies.
• Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot complex Salesforce platform issues.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Support system integration testing and ensure successful integration between Salesforce and connected systems.
• Follow CI/CD processes and release management practices to deploy changes to testing and production environments.
• Maintain platform security, data integrity, and overall system health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Architects, Scrum Masters, and Quality Engineers.
• Adhere to Salesforce development standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform capabilities, recommending new features, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business and customer needs.
• Provide clear communication and regular updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
