Job summary

The Hyde Group is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join a collaborative, values-driven team. This role offers hybrid working with two days in the London office and three days remote, supporting ongoing improvements across Salesforce platforms.

You will implement, test and maintain features across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and the Contact Centre, while working with stakeholders to translate user stories into high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce development experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong Apex, LWCs and SOQL/SOSL skills.
• Understanding of Salesforce security model and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate user stories into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop, test and maintain features across Salesforce platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and business to shape technical designs.
• Carry out unit/integration testing and resolve issues.
