The Vacancy

As the Senior Salesforce Developer – Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading and mentoring a team of Salesforce developers to foster collaboration and high performance.
2. Designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
3. Managing integrations between Salesforce and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and automation.
4. Leading the implementation and customization of Salesforce CPQ to streamline sales processes.
5. Providing expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud or Commerce Cloud to optimize customer service or e-commerce capabilities.
6. Configuring Salesforce to meet business needs, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
7. Creating and maintaining documentation for all development and customization activities.
8. Mentoring junior developers and training team members on Salesforce best practices and new features.
9. Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
10. Staying updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, and recommending system improvements.
