Senior Salesforce Solution Engineer (CPQ)

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

1. Design end-to-end CPQ solutions on the Salesforce platform.
2. Provide guidance on CPQ architecture and best practices.
3. Complete solution architecture documents and artifacts according to standards.
4. Present solution designs at architecture review boards.
5. Collaborate with business partners to define solutions.
6. Ensure solutions align with CRM engineering vision.
7. Analyze data to support assessments and recommendations.
8. Support transition of projects into delivery teams and governance.
9. Guide strategic technology direction for enterprise architecture.
10. Identify Salesforce technical solutions and ecosystem products that meet requirements.
11. Develop Salesforce solutions through declarative configuration and programmatic development.
12. Explain complex technical matters to non-technical audiences.
13. Understand other Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, Revenue).
14. Design solutions related to other CRM technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. 8+ years in Salesforce Architecture.
2. 5+ years in Salesforce CPQ architecture role.
3. Deep understanding of the quote-to-cash process in Salesforce.
4. Ability to translate client requirements into Salesforce CPQ designs, utilizing out-of-the-box capabilities where possible.
5. Good understanding of the Salesforce Ecosystem and other CRM technologies.
6. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration, customization, and integration.
7. Proven leadership in technical solution implementation.
8. Excellent documentation and communication skills.
