Senior Salesforce Solution Engineer (L5)

About The Role

As a Salesforce Solution Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our sales process, showcasing the power of Salesforce's core technologies to prospective clients. You will leverage your technical expertise to deliver tailored demonstrations and solutions that meet each client's unique business needs. Your focus will be on Salesforce's Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud), ensuring clients understand and see the potential of how Salesforce can transform their business operations.

You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Consulting, and Engineering teams to understand client requirements, present Salesforce capabilities through engaging demos, and design impactful strategies that integrate seamlessly into client operations. You’ll lead client-facing meetings, presentations, and workshops throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery to solution design and delivery.

Your role will be key in helping clients drive value from Salesforce's suite of solutions while adhering to industry best practices.

About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant, focusing on Salesforce Core technologies (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce’s Sales and Service Clouds, including functionalities, features, and best practices for solution design and implementation.
  • Ability to lead impactful product demos, addressing client pain points and demonstrating how Salesforce solutions can meet those needs.
  • Experience designing and presenting tailored Salesforce solutions for large enterprises (100+ users).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills during demos and presentations, offering actionable solutions aligned with client goals.
  • A customer-first mindset with a track record of building strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills to present Salesforce capabilities to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
  • Effective collaboration across departments in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for industry trends in cloud technologies and Salesforce solutions.

Level 5, £73,000–£90,000 base + 25% commission (OTE £91,250–£112,500).
