Job description

Our Public Sector client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Platform Developer (Java) to develop systems for a large healthcare implementation.

Duration: 12 months. Remote work with some travel to New Brunswick.

Responsibilities

1. Contribute content to the Solution Architecture deliverables.
2. Provide guidance and direction to the development team in implementing the design.
3. Design APIs for inbound and outbound integrations, and secure messaging.
4. Identify and mitigate risks in the design and implementation of the Salesforce solution.
5. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality.
6. Enforce standards and ensure proper test coverage.
7. Develop systems using SFDX, Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
8. Develop custom code using Apex, Omniscript, and Lightning Web Components.
9. Mentor other developers, including DevOps resources.
10. Stay current with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.
11. Liaise with the Salesforce Product Team on issues or questions regarding the Salesforce solution.

Must Have

• Experience with SFDX, Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
• Develop custom code using Apex, Omniscript, and Lightning Web Components.
• Leadership experience with teams of 4 or more.
