Job summary
TechOhana is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a global fintech client in Leeds. You will help shape a brand-new Salesforce Development function, working across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Data Cloud with analysts, architects, admins and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful platform changes rapidly.
You will validate requirements, deliver technical solutions, enhance integrations with third-party systems and own end-to-end release cycles.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong Sales Cloud knowledge.
- CPQ or Revenue Cloud experience: product catalog, pricing rules, and approvals automation.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience using Salesforce APIs to integrate with third-party business systems.
- Solid understanding of DevOps tooling, release management, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working with large data sets and applying bulkification best practices.
- Ability to interpret and critique technical specifications and present solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, self-starting approach with experience owning or leading delivery workstreams.
- Hybrid working with flexibility determined by team rather than rigid policy.
- Equity participation for all permanent employees.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technical solutions across the Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Own release cycles end-to-end and contribute to QA, code reviews and test coverage.
- Collaborate with business analysts, integration architects, administrators and stakeholders to implement platform changes.
- Maintain code documentation and promote best practices across the team.
