Job summary

Halian | Managed Services, Recruitment Agency & Contract Staffing seeks a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to join our fintech engineering team in a hybrid London-based role. You will design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions, leveraging LWC, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs to deliver compliant, high-performance financial products.

Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering to translate business requirements into scalable designs, participate in CI/CD, and ensure security

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient with Apex, Triggers and Test Classes.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SOQL/SOSL.
• Familiar with Flows, Service Cloud or Sales Cloud, and custom objects.
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and unit testing.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) valued.
• Fintech or financial services experience preferred.
• Awareness of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Copado, Bitbucket Pipelines).
• Security/compliance awareness for financial data.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, SOQL/SOSL and APIs.
• Configure objects, flows, validation rules, automation and integrations.
• Maintain and improve codebase for performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into designs.
• Support CI/CD, code reviews, testing and documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced fintech environment to deliver features on schedule.
• Ensure development aligns with financial services compliance, security and audit requirements.
