Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Consultant for a 6-month, Outside IR35 contract. This fully remote role focuses on declarative configuration, data governance and business analysis rather than custom development.

The successful candidate will bridge business users, data teams and external Salesforce partners across an established environment and an internal implementation project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Salesforce Administrator/Consultant/Business Analyst or similar.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and platform administration.
• Excellent communication, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Salesforce configurations including objects, fields, layouts, pages, validation rules and flows.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions following best practices.
• Manage user access, licences and security in Salesforce.
