Job summary

Mason Frank International is seeking a Junior Managed Services Consultant to join a growing Salesforce partner’s consulting team. This role offers a remote pathway and exposure to diverse client projects, with a clear transition from an internal Salesforce/administrator role into client-facing consulting.

You will work with experienced Salesforce consultants, participate in managed services engagements, and build Salesforce solutions based on client requirements while developing consulting

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Salesforce experience.
• Experience with Salesforce administration.
• Good understanding of Salesforce best practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to transition into consulting.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with ongoing Salesforce requirements and enhancements.
• Work alongside experienced consultants on managed services engagements.
• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions based on client requirements.
• Investigate and resolve Salesforce issues and provide recommendations.
• Communicate directly with clients and key stakeholders.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Support configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce changes.
• Develop your understanding of Salesforce best practices and consulting methodologies.
• Work towards taking ownership of your own client requirements and projects.

Mason Frank is currently working exclusively with a growing Salesforce Partner who is looking to hire a Junior Managed Services Consultant to join their expanding consulting team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of Salesforce experience who is looking to make the transition from an internal Salesforce/administrator role into a client-facing consulting career.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced Salesforce consultants, gain exposure to a variety of customers and projects, and develop your consulting skill set within a supportive and growing team.This role will include clearing training plan and support on consulting best practises etc

Base Salary - Up to £35,000

Role & Responsibilities

• Support clients with their ongoing Salesforce requirements and enhancements
• Work alongside experienced consultants on managed services engagements
• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions based on client requirements

• Salesforce Certified Administrator would be highly desirable
• Previous consulting experience is not required — this is an opportunity to transition into consulting
