Job summary

DeterTech Holdings Limited is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead day-to-day configuration, administration, security, and ongoing optimisation of the Salesforce platform in a UK-based remote role with optional visits to the Telford office.

You will balance hands-on technical configuration with cross-functional business analysis, working to maintain data quality, security, and system stability while supporting the organisation’s commercial, operational, and customer objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a commercial or corporate environment (3–5+ years).
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) is required.
• ADM-211 or Platform App Builder is highly desirable.
• Additional certifications (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior administrator for the Salesforce environment, ensuring platform stability and performance.
• Support the Salesforce roadmap and opportunities to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Promote best practices in environment management and user governance.
• Evaluate tri-annual Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and IT to gather requirements.
• Provide training and user enablement to drive adoption.
