Job summary

Tria is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator for a remote UK role with occasional travel to London or other offices. You will own the Salesforce platform end-to-end, helping shape future-state architecture and leading BAU, enhancements and project delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Account Engagement.

The role requires strong hands-on admin experience, expert Flow automation, and hands-on use of VS Code with Git/Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce administration in a medium-to-large environment.
• Strong Service Cloud administration experience required.
• Excellent Salesforce Flow and automation capabilities.
• Experience with VS Code, Git, Azure DevOps/CI/CD beneficial.

Responsibilities

• BAU administration, enhancements and project delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Account Engagement.
• Designing and optimising Flows, sub-flows and complex automation.
• Manage data quality, deduplication and governance.
