djr in Chester is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of a business-critical Salesforce platform in a hybrid role with three onsite days per week.

You'll manage daily health, optimisation and continuous improvement, build flows, automate processes, configure objects, and create meaningful reports for stakeholders.

The role offers up to 63,000 GBP plus bonus and excellent benefits, with Chester-based hybrid work pattern.

Qualifications

• Solid commercial experience administering Salesforce within a live business environment.
• Excellent knowledge of flows and automation.
• Experience configuring custom objects, Lightning pages, record types and validation rules.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day health, optimisation and continuous improvement of the Salesforce environment.
• Build and improve Salesforce Flows and automation.
• Configure custom objects, Lightning pages, record types and validation rules.
• Manage users, permissions, security and access.
• Create meaningful reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues and support Salesforce users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn problems into scalable solutions.
• Support testing, releases and change management.
• Review seasonal releases and identify useful functionality to adopt.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes to improve how the business operates.
