Job Title: Senior Sales Support Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Sales Support Engineer to join a global engineering company at the forefront of sustainable technology, providing end-to-end solutions and services for the mining, aggregates, and oil & gas industries. This role reports to the Minerals Director Europe & North Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the European technical sales team to provide technical support across the company's product line within the region.
• Assist in business development with new and existing clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge of mineral processing equipment.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of the minerals and mining industry.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging professionally and technically at all levels internally and with customers, including UK-based EPC/Engineering Houses.
• Proven track record in customer-facing sales, including generating new clients and developing existing accounts.
• Positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to learn and a commitment to 'Customer Service Excellence'.
