Joining Collibra’s Solutions & Services Operations team

Collibra is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Solutions & Services Operations team. This high-visibility role involves partnering with leaders in Customer Engineering and Professional Services to drive customer success.

The responsibilities include managing operating metrics, systems design, project management, and developing best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency within the division.

The Operations Associate will report to the Director of Solutions & Services Operations, supporting multiple stakeholders across customer engineering, consulting, and education.

This role offers an opportunity to develop processes and analytics that influence decision-making and support innovation in the organization. It is based in our London office with a hybrid work model (at least two days in the office per week).

Key responsibilities
  • Manage operations, projects, and programs for internal Professional Services projects, collaborating with leaders to address pain points.
  • Generate reports and dashboards on KPIs such as bookings, billings, utilization, revenue, margin, and project profitability.
  • Lead revenue forecasting updates and reconcile revenue data across systems.
  • Coordinate with Finance on month-end revenue reconciliation for Professional Services.
  • Manage scheduling sessions via Calendly and support ad hoc coaching or training sessions.
  • Assist in optimizing PSA systems and processes for efficiency.
  • Analyze operational data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive innovation and best practices aligned with strategic goals.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across various departments to influence and resolve conflicts.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years in Professional Services Operations, Field Operations, or Customer Operations.
  • 2+ years experience with PS/Sales tools like Salesforce; familiarity with platforms such as FinancialForce preferred.
  • Proven success managing multiple projects in a cross-functional setting.
  • Strong analytical, business acumen, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Note: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
