Collibra is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Solutions & Services Operations team. This high-visibility role involves partnering with leaders in Customer Engineering and Professional Services to drive customer success.
The responsibilities include managing operating metrics, systems design, project management, and developing best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency within the division.
The Operations Associate will report to the Director of Solutions & Services Operations, supporting multiple stakeholders across customer engineering, consulting, and education.
This role offers an opportunity to develop processes and analytics that influence decision-making and support innovation in the organization. It is based in our London office with a hybrid work model (at least two days in the office per week).
