Responsibilities

• Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings.
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales to completion.
• Building and maintaining relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Marketing properties to buyers using various marketing channels.
• Generating new and repeat business through canvassing and outreach.
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping to attract leads.
• Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards.
