Spicerhaart in Crewe is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to liaise with vendors and buyers, arrange viewings, and negotiate sales. You will develop strong client relationships and market properties to generate new and repeat business, including canvassing and door-to-door activity.

Formación

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Willingness to prospect, canvass and build a pipeline.
• Professional and presentable with good organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Market properties to buyers using various marketing techniques.
• Focus on generating new and repeat business.
• Canvass the local area to generate leads.
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping to promote listings.
• Ensure properties comply with health and safety standards.
