You will work full-time with structured hours and play a key part in marketing properties, arranging viewings, and negotiating offers to help clients buy and sell homes. Training starts at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, with fully funded development opportunities and potential promotions

Qualifications

• Must possess a full UK driving licence (manual or automatic).
• Access to own vehicle is required.
• Before starting, provide proof of vehicle insurance for business use.

Responsibilities

• Market properties to potential home owners.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers with buyers and sellers.
• Generate new leads through canvassing and related activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Continue training and development with mentor support.
