Job Description:

Our client is a successful independent estate agency recruiting for their well-established branch in Chelmsford. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister to join the busy team based there.

Key responsibilities of a Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister include:

  • Booking and completing viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Arranging and conducting valuations
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email, or face-to-face communication

Requirements for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister:

  • Previous estate agency experience with a proven track record of winning instructions
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Target-driven and dynamic
  • Full UK driving license
  • Basic salary plus commission OTE up to £40,000 (uncapped)
