Senior Sales Negotiator – York – Up to £32,000 basic DOE + OTE £45k

A highly established Yorkshire based Estate Agency Group with multiple local branches, is looking for a Superstar Senior Sales Negotiator to sell stunning properties in their York City Centre office.

If you are currently working as a Sales Negotiator and ready to step up and earn more commissions, then this is the role for you!

What you will be doing

• As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will need to have a positive approach to handling a wide variety of enquiries, which makes this a very interesting and rewarding working environment
• You will play a pivotal role in selling, negotiating, and progressing properties across York
• Your responsibilities will include booking viewings, valuations, mortgage appointments, and sales progression duties
• Providing the highest level of customer service to all clients
• To excel in this role, you’ll need to be confident in speaking with a variety of property owners and understanding of the residential property market
