Job summary

Ambitious Group in Ormskirk is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to drive property sales and deliver exceptional client service.

You will handle registrations, viewings, negotiations and progressions end-to-end, build relationships with vendors and buyers, and keep CRM up to date.

The role offers £27,000-£30,000 per year DOE with uncapped commission (OTE £35,000) and 28 days' leave, rising with service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' estate agency experience.
• Proven CRM system experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

You will receive:

• £27,000-£30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £35,000)
• 28 days annual leave, rising by 1 every year of service (maximum of 5)

The role:

• Drive Sales: Handle applicant registration, viewings, negotiations, and sales progression end-to-end.
• Grow the Business: Identify business generation opportunities and manage key vendor and buyer relationships.
• Keep Operations Sharp: Maintain CRM records, manage client communications, and support day-to-day office success.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years' estate agency experience (Essential)
• Strong track record with estate agency CRM systems
• Proactive, fast-paced work ethic with high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (Essential)
