Job summary

Pear Recruitment in Edgware is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator for our thriving North London estate agency. You will value properties, market them, arrange viewings, negotiate offers, and manage the sales process from offer to completion.

You should be articulate, confident, with a proven track record in estate agency, highly target driven, and able to deliver first-class customer service. A driver with own car is required; basic salary up to £30,000 plus OTE £60k-£70k and a £260 car allowance.

Responsibilities

• Valuing residential properties and advising clients on pricing strategies.
• Marketing properties and arranging viewings.
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales.
• Managing the sales process from offer acceptance through to completion.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors and mortgage advisers.
• Providing expert advice on local property market trends and conditions.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Following up leads and generating new business opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation and company policies.
