The Ambitious Group in Colburn is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a respected property business and drive residential sales in Colburn and the surrounding area. You will provide an exceptional level of service to clients and coordinate with Sales Progression to ensure smooth transactions.

The role offers £30,000 per annum plus commissions and a benefits package including an enhanced pension, private health insurance, and professional membership fees.

Qualifications

• Experience of working as an Estate Agent.
• Knowledge of the Local Area.
• Full UK Driving License & access to your own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential property in Colburn and surrounding area.
• Provide an exceptional level of client service to all parties concerned.
• Liaise regularly with the Sales Progression teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday; 9am to 5pm Friday; half day alternate Saturdays with time off in lieu.
