Vertu Renault York is recruiting for a General Sales Manager to lead a dealership team and drive high performance across sales, finance and customer service. The role focuses on coaching, process control and delivery of targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and ethical standards.

The successful candidate will manage a team of Business Managers and Sales Executives, drive campaigns and promotions, and ensure a high level of customer interaction and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee add-ons such as finance options and vehicle accessories to improve profitability.
