Vertu Renault York is seeking an experienced Sales Executive in York to drive sales and deliver a premium customer experience. The role offers a £27,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission, with realistic on-target earnings around £45,000 and top performers achieving £60,000+.

You'll work a 40-hour week, five 8-hour shifts, including Saturdays, with a guaranteed midweek day off and Sundays off. Join a brand-new team focused on training, progression, and a strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Currently working as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry (minimum 12 months)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Full UK driver's licence (Manual and Automatic)

Responsabilités

• Guide customers through a seamless car buying experience from first contact to final handshake
• Organise the end-to-end customer journey
• Represent the dealership and uphold premium brand experience
