Qualifications

• Previous experience in a business or sales management role, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by building and presenting deals to customers after qualification.
• Drive the department's performance to achieve targets and manage daily actions.
• Sell a range of new and/or used vehicles with add-on products, finance, and warranties.
• Ensure compliance with financial and insurance product regulations in all customer interactions.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
