The Senior Manager develops and implements detailed plans to meet business and company objectives, as set by the Senior Leadership Team. While primarily managing one business unit, this role also impacts global affairs.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Identify and develop new business contacts for contractor requests.
• Create and execute plans to achieve sales, financial, and budget goals with regular monitoring and reporting.
• Support supervision and management of daily sales and administrative activities.
• Set objectives with direct reports, with regular reviews and performance management.
• Identify training needs and work with staff development coaches to achieve competencies.
• Participate in site visits (UK and abroad) and assist in client activities.
• Monitor service levels, refine customer service, and improve standards.
• Expand sales operations by introducing new services within geographical boundaries.
• Promote open communication and uphold company values and culture.
• Develop a success culture based on objectives, responsibility, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure legal and contractual compliance.
• Support sales management during trips or leave.
