Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and leading efforts to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. The role demands extensive travel to meet clients and oversee projects on-site.

  • Selling cloud-based solutions to help customers drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to potential clients, by proactively understanding their needs and mapping solutions.
  • Delivering consistent revenue growth while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide seamless customer experiences.

Experience in the SAP or ERP marketplace —deep knowledge of products, services and industry trends.

Proven success in selling cloud-based solutions to midsize or enterprise-level customers.

Strongconsultative selling skills —you know how to uncover client pain points and align solutions with business goals.

A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.

Exceptionalcommunication and negotiation skills to influence key stakeholders and close deals.

The ability to work autonomously while remaining collaborative with your team.

A passion for innovation and enthusiasm for solving complex challenges.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Management solutions
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Relevant experience in digital supply chain management or technology solutions is preferred
